It wasn’t until I was really in the process of rewriting that I realized it would be this neat secret; the way Kylie and I had shared that secret, Esther would be able to share it with the audience. Also it was important to let the tension build a little bit more. It feels natural, but also it’s not something that people have been thinking about, so as a storyteller you want to draw that tension out a little bit more and make it more dramatic.
